Chenhui Su made these awesome chair pads transforming your generic seating environment into a very modern blast from the past, with prints from antique chairs to classic Eames chairs! I love it! Every office needs this! If ya can’t afford an Eames, just make it like you have one
I think this is just a concept project, but hopefully these make it out to market! If not, contact me Chenhui …I can intro you to some people!
Sweet goodness! A simple DIY stool by Arik Levy, utilizing those many magazines ya’ll have to make pretty sweet looking solid stools. Stools are made from wood, as are magazines, so why not make a stool from magazines! Even rip middle portions of the inside pages to make it a bit more comfy… I dunno, I’ll have to try!
I really want to make an adjustable functional shelf stool from this idea. A stool and magazine rack all in one. Grab your pens, start sketching!
Very cool! I’m not sure how often I’d be zippin and changing these cushions around, but for individuals who like to change things up often, go for these , though they sound pricey…”email for price“.
I’ve a huge fan of magnets over tape or pins when it comes to posting up your doodles on walls. I usually suggest the cool ergo Magnutz, but after seeing Leaf Magnets by Richard Hutton, I can’t help but think how cool it would be to have a small forest of leaves along with your sketches connecting you with nature a bit more in your more than likely windowless cubicle, meeting room, or boring office space.
They seem easy to pull off+on and come in a few colors though I’m in my neon bright butt color phase now…so where are the neon bright autumn leaf colors?
I learned this week that 1 lump of coal equals 1 meg of data sent over the internet. Having this in mind, I sure do burn lots of lumps of energy on the net.
This has been an odd week, of rescheduling then un-scheduling, hence, busy for no reason in the end. Makes you really appreciate people with concrete answers, directions, over the ones that can’t make decisions.
