		<description>I think AD progs are foundational... once you move up, you should be aware of the programs, but you maybe dont use them all that much anymore. Think of it like an orchestra conductor....they play and understand every instrument, know what is possible from each, but they never need to actually play it during a performance, unless needed, but hopefully not.. a move upwards is an experience choice in trust...trust in others working for you.</description>
