		<description>Nah, I was thinking like an employee there. The employees do all the work, but the owners and executives keep (nearly) all the revenue.

Web 2.0 just pushed that model a bit further by getting people to voluntarily contribute, like unpaid employees.</description>

		<description>nah, cause when they say &quot;You&quot; it means the users....think Flickr, Facebook, Craigslist....the company just provides the paltform, but rarely any of the content. perhaps your just born in the we2.0 world and never experienced those site that once did everthing, and users just absorbed ;) , but never participated.</description>
